Thank you for your investigative journalism, Matt. As an experienced native-born technology professional, I've experienced some of the abuse you have documented. I believe Americans need to take back this country from the H-1b invaders.

As one of the few Americans left in IT this is spot on. Almost everything you mentioned I have seen many times. Young STEM Americans not hired and older IT Americans replaced. Talented IT Americans never got promotions to executive level jobs as CIOs, VPs, etc. This has been going on for 20+ years. Both political parties and the university system could care less. So many poor Indian IT workers now. In the old days (20 years ago) we got their best. Now we get a lot of lazy, self-entitled, no talent clowns. I have personally taught well over a thousand of them in my career along with people from all over the world. Somehow, so far, I have been able to keep getting good jobs but most of the people I have worked who are Americans became discouraged and dropped out of IT.

Employers love H1B engineers as they value the job and will put up with massive abuse as they are scared to death of being replaced by one of thousands ready to step in. These guys will work 20 hour days and sleeping in the car they share, then clean up in the bathroom sink. Infosys bills $70 PER HOUR FOR EACH ENGINEER ON SITE but pays the engineer $20 per hour, which are well above white collar Indian wages in Mumbai. In order for my engineers to get their severance packages, they had to train their Indian and Chinese H1B replacements. I resigned and started my own consultancy working on classified networks that H1B body shops are locked out from.

Related (unfortunately): defense majors - such as RTX (stock name) will outsource recruiting to internationals.

I was hired by a female Indian manager at GE Healthcare to resolve problems with their Medical Care Management system. I was the only American there out of 35 engineers. They had sent the software to Bangalore for an 'upgrade'. Previously stable code that ran flawlessly for months was returned crashing 2-3 times PER DAY.

I found and fixed 17 different errors using crash dumps and my expertise in assembly language. They told me it would take 1.5 YEARS to certify my fixes. Their American subsidiary incorporated my

fixes in a week and rolled them out. Crashes were down to once a month. They were wildly happy. When I told them it would take me six months to de-Bangalore the codebase they asked me to leave. Same thing at GE Locomotive in Erie, PA. Their two 'best' engineers, both Indians, had been working on a crash scenario for six months. I solved it in 4.5 hours. They called a meeting with three levels of management where I showed them the problem and the fix. Talk about an icy workplace.

I have ZERO respect for Indian H1-Bs. And don't me started on the Pakistanis.

I'm praying Trump sees the light and kills H1-B, H1-EAD, OPT and L1 visas.

I work for a SaaS company based out of Silicon Valley, and most of what is written in this article applies to us, as well. Maybe all of it, but I can only confirm what I've seen directly. Americans need to realize that the America of the past, the America that we tend to idealize and hold in our collective memories, is now gone. The globalists don't care about American success; they care about making the most profits. And if that means importing H-1Bs or off-shoring jobs, then so be it. Meanwhile, the intellectual property and technical innovations that Americans develop end up walking right out the door; no 'corporate espionage' needed. That is by design. If it can be made cheaper in Indian, or China, or Mexico, or Eastern Europe, then that's what the CEOs and Boards of investors will do. The middle class is being eroded, and the top 1% are getting wealthier, simply because we're all being turned into wage slaves. And there is nothing that any worker can do about it, and the politicians are all bought and paid for. You'd better just figure out a way to accept it.

Another massive fraud - Indian Managers at client companies like CapitalOne , JP Morgan, Fidelity, Wellsfargo, CVS, Amex, Google, Microsoft, etc signs SOW contracts to TCS INFOSYS WIPRO COGNIZANT IBM DELOITTE etc, then sub contract to their own shell companies where they hire contract workers for 50% below pay rates

Sign contracts with $150-$250 /hr

Pay to workers $50/ hr

Visa sponsorship will be provided by shell companies, not TCS.

That’s why TCS claimed not sponsoring visas.

This strategy deep rooted, they never train Americans, just hire F1 OPT CPT H4EAD L1A L1B L2EAD O1 visa workers, they don’t need to sponsor work permits

"Indians in management positions perceive a greater number of employees as proof of success"

Seen that multiple times in the Middle East. Insecurity or culture? You decide

Not mentioned directly in the article:

Excellent Indian staff are often held back by their own countrymen and women with the most flimsy of excuses and justification.

Several former colleagues have urged me to write my "Who put the SH into IT?" book.

Revealer: it's definitely not only the Indians. Many Western managers have moved into Senior IT positions without any history of success Software development delivery. They can't program. They can't code, design or test. They are completely non-technical.

This fraud must be stopped across the country! Indians entered C-Suite leadership roles and lobbying for offshore and more H1B/L1A/L1B/L2EAD/H4EAD work permits.

Moreover F1 CPT/OPT boosting their consultancy business to displace US Citizen grads!

Shell companies work with Hiring managers, directors, VPs, SVPs, EVPs, CTOs,CIOs and all the way to CEOs in major tech companies, banks, retail and financial markets. Lobby for SOW contracts with higher inflated rates like $120/hr-$250/hr , few cases more than $500/hr and pay to fake resume workers only $25-$75/hr based on their visa status

Shell companies became multi-million tech cartels and more threat than Mexican Cartels/Drug Cartels

These cartels now hiring F1 CPT/OPT/L2EAD/H4EAD workers below prevailing wages and stealing all the jobs from Americans.

Indian managers hijacked Interview process by sharing interview questions to shell companies from where candidates were supplied

Indian C-suite getting millions-billions of dollars through fraudulent sub-contracting, discount trading with F1 CPT/OPT/H4EAD/L1A/L1B/L2EAD,O1 visas

Indian managers strategic hiring process that's impacting US citizens!

These mediocre scums obtained Green Cards/US citizenship through EB1/EB2 process, headed to C-Suite leadership roles in US businesses and scamming the recruitment process

Hiring family members on FTE roles, hire contract workers from shell companies while Americans struggling to lead life

80% of FTE employees in US companies were junk, fake resume, proxy interviewed, anchor babies without Skills. Green Card Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, CTOs, EVPs protecting them.

#Walmart #Costco #TMobile #ATT #Verizon #Wellsfargo #BOFA #CITI #CVS #PNC #Fidelity #Barclays

Trend changed to hire H1Bs on GC/ Naturalized US citizens and Anchor babies. Is it America first?

Indian owned staffing agencies and outsourcing companies hiring only #F1 #OPT #CPT #STEMOPT #H4EAD #L2EAD with Fake Green Cards

#FakeGC #FakeITCertifications #ScamTNVisa #Proxy clears their interviews

No wonder Demoncraps want them here. Key phrase -" .... because Indians are extremely submissive to authority compared to Americans and are less willing to speak up when they are being abused or their managers are breaking the law."

There is the reason Demoncraps love them here.
